2. What data we process
When you make a booking we process your name, phone number, email, pickup and destination address, flight number where applicable, and any special requests. This data is required to perform the ride (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Encryption & security
Personal data is stored encrypted (AES-256) and transmitted only over encrypted connections (TLS). Access is restricted to authorised staff.
4. Driver location data
Location data is collected only during active shifts and with consent, and is deleted after 90 days at the latest.
5. Retention period
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Invoice data is kept in accordance with statutory tax-retention periods.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these, contact info@limousine-piri.com.
