1. Scope

These terms apply to all transport services provided by Limousine Piri (owner Esat Piri).

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking request is binding only after our express confirmation. We usually confirm requests within one hour.

3. Prices

Fixed prices apply, including statutory VAT. There are no hidden costs. For routes without a fixed price we provide an individual quote.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: 100% refund.
Cancellation 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: no refund.

5. Payment

Payment is made online (payment link) or by bank transfer. Cash payment is not possible.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations.
